VIDEOudit Partner Terms
1. Purpose
These terms govern the relationship between CHROMETI (“we”), which runs the VIDEOudit Partner Network, and each partner. Only people we register can become partners.
2. Code and links
Each partner gets one code. It works as a link (for example videoudit.com/?ref=CODE) and as a discount code typed at sign-up or checkout. A visitor who clicks your link is remembered for 60 days; members who sign up in that time, or who type your code, become your customers. If a customer later types another partner’s code, they move to that partner.
3. Commission
When your customer pays within 12 months of being tied to you, you earn the commission rate in force at the time of payment on the amount actually paid after discount, excluding tax. Purchases from your own account earn nothing.
4. Hold, release and payout
Commissions are held for 30 days after payment and released if there is no refund, cancellation or card dispute. Once released commissions reach US$50, we pay them monthly in US dollars to the method you registered. Commissions on orders refunded after payout may be deducted from the next payout. Transfer fees and your own taxes are yours; we may withhold tax where the law requires.
5. Changes
We may change the commission rate, the customer discount and the discount period. Changes apply to orders paid after the change; commissions already earned keep their rate. Your current terms are always shown on your dashboard.
6. Disclosure
Every time you recommend or present VIDEOudit you must clearly disclose that you earn a commission through your link or code (for example the Korea Fair Trade Commission endorsement guidelines and the US FTC guides). For videos, disclose at the start of the description and in the video; for posts, in the title or opening.
7. Prohibited conduct
If we find any of the following we may cancel the related commissions and suspend the partner: (1) inflating results, such as repeat purchases in your own or acquaintances’ names; (2) false or exaggerated claims or impersonating us; (3) bidding on the VIDEOudit trademark in search ads; (4) spam; (5) posting your code on coupon sites without our permission; (6) opening links or setting cookies without the visitor knowing.
8. Customer information
We never give partners information that identifies customers. Your dashboard shows dates, products, amounts and commissions only.
9. Partner data
We process your name, email, channel address, payout details and sign-in records to run the program and pay commissions. Payout records are kept for 5 years as the law requires; our Privacy Policy applies.
10. Ending the partnership
Either side may end the partnership at any time. Commissions released before the end are paid unless section 7 applies.
